Market Event Terms and Conditions

Vendor Information

Outdoor Event – Rain or Shine Our markets are outdoor events that will be held rain or shine, with strict adherence to market safety rules. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tents, tables, chairs, and any additional supplies. To maintain a cohesive aesthetic, white tents are required; if a vendor arrives with a tent of another color, relocation to a designated area may be necessary, which could incur an additional fee. Electricity No electricity will be provided, so vendors must plan accordingly for their setup. Vendor Information By submitting payment, vendors agree to all terms and conditions. Vendor fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal reasons, weather-related issues, or other unforeseen situations. Missed Dates & Transfers Refunds cannot be offered for missed event dates. By the scheduled event date, we have already incurred costs for permits, logistics, and arrangements. Additionally, vendor spots are non-transferable to another business. Sharing Booths Vendors may share a booth with another business only if each business registers separately and pays its own vendor fee. Diversity & Inclusion Our events are open to all ethnicities and languages, reflecting our commitment to inclusivity. While we have a strong presence of Latin and Spanish-speaking vendors, we welcome diversity and encourage all vendor participation. For visitor guidelines, we urge attendees to respect all vendors and the overall community atmosphere.

Visitor Information

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees, we ask visitors to follow these market safety rules:

Respect the Space & Vendors

Treat all vendors, staff, and fellow visitors with courtesy and respect. Disruptive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. This is part of our visitor guidelines to create a positive environment for everyone.

Family-Friendly Environment

Our markets are designed to be family-friendly. Please supervise children at all times to ensure their safety and the comfort of others.

Pets

Friendly pets are welcome but must remain leashed at all times. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

Personal Belongings

The Market is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Visitors should keep their belongings secure at all times to adhere to our market safety rules.

Photography & Media

By attending, you acknowledge that photos and videos may be taken at the event for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in such media, please notify the event staff in advance.

Prohibited Items

No smoking, vaping, illegal substances, or outside alcohol is permitted within the market area.
